Gamesira is an independent game studio based in Morocco. It is the public brand under which this website and our games are published. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Gamesira.

• It is a static website. It has no user accounts, comments, search or forms that collect personal information.
• It does not use advertising or analytics services, and it does not load scripts, fonts or images from third-party trackers. Its fonts and images are served from the site itself.
• It does not set cookies of its own, so there is no cookie banner.
• Some pages link to other websites, for example Google’s privacy pages. Those sites have their own privacy practices.

This website is served by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages and its network). When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technical request information such as your IP address, the page you requested, browser and device information and timestamps, in order to deliver the site, protect it from abuse and keep it running.

We may see aggregate traffic statistics in our Cloudflare account, such as the number of requests. We do not use them to identify individual visitors. Cloudflare’s handling of this information is described in its own privacy policy.

Our addresses are [email protected] (general) and [email protected] (player support and privacy). Messages sent to them are received by Cloudflare Email Routing and forwarded to a Gmail mailbox operated by Google, where we read and answer them.

Cloudflare and Google therefore process your email address, your message and any attachment as email service providers, under their own terms and privacy policies. We use what you send us only to answer your enquiry and to keep a record of the conversation.

Please do not send passwords or unnecessary personal information.

We keep an email conversation only for as long as it is needed to answer you and deal with any follow-up. When it is no longer needed, we delete it. You can also ask us to delete it at any time by writing to [email protected]; we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.

Copies may remain for a limited time in the backup systems of our email provider (Google), under its own retention practices.

We do not pass your correspondence to advertisers or other third parties. It is handled only by the hosting and email providers described above, and may be disclosed where the law requires it.

You can ask us for a copy of the correspondence we hold from you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by writing to [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, including the right to complain to your data-protection authority.

Information held by Cloudflare or Google is subject to their own processes, and some requests may need to be sent to them directly.

Cloudflare and Google operate in many countries, so information may be processed outside the country where you live. Their policies describe the safeguards they apply.

This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has written to us, contact [email protected] and we will delete the message.

We may update this policy when the website or the way we handle email changes. The “Last updated” date shows the current version.
